The Wolves have played five consecutive one-goal games, posting a 2-2-0-1 mark; Chicago has notched a 16-9-4-4 mark in games decided by one goal this season and its 16 one-goal victories are the third-most in the Western Conference.

--- Darren Archibald: Paced Chicago with 3 assists and 5 points in four games last week, which resulted in the first four-game point streak of his career ... He has tallied 6 points (3G, 3A) in six games during the month of March after posting six points (2G, 4A) in his previous 22 tilts ... Registered nine goals, including three on the power play, and 16 points in 36 games this season ... He also accrued 13 points (6G, 7A) in 18 ECHL games with Kalamazoo this season before joining Chicago on Nov. 26

--- Michael Davies: Paced the Wolves with 3 goals in four games last week, which included two markers in a 46-second span on Sunday against Rockford ... Shares fourth on the club with 12 tallies and has earned 19 points in 39 games this season ... His 12 goals in 39 tilts already surpassed the 11 markers he potted in 53 contests last year

--- Kevin Connauton: Netted the eventual game-winning goal on Sunday against Rockford and became the 13th Chicago skater to bag a game-winner this year ... Ranks second among team blueliners with 4 goals, 17 assists and 21 points in 51 outings this year ... Notched a +5 plus/minus rating in his last 10 tilts and has been a plus or even player in nine of those matchups

--- Steve Pinizzotto: Dished out 2 assists in 4 games last week and has appeared in all six of Chicago’s contests since being assigned for conditioning by Vancouver on Feb. 28 ... Recorded 12 points (4G, 8A) and 27 penalty minutes in 23 matchups this year ... Missed 33 games due to injury from Nov. 28 to Feb. 24

--- Bill Sweatt: Saw his four-game point streak snapped on Saturday after collecting 4 assists and 5 points from March 1-8 ... Shares fourth on Chicago with 12 goals and is tied for third with 25 points in 48 games this season ... Paces the club with six power-play strikes

--- The Wolves have posted a 15-7-1-2 record in 25 games since losing players to the end of the NHL lockout on Jan. 6 to move into a tie for sixth place in the Western Conference playoff standings; Chicago sits in second place in the Midwest Division with 66 points in 56 tilts (29-19-4-4); the team’s 56 games are the fewest-played in the AHL and it holds at least two games in hand on eight of the other 14 teams in the Western Conference.

--- The Wolves saw their 10-game streak of scoring at least one power-play goal at the Allstate Arena snapped on Sunday when they failed to convert on three man-advantage chances; Chicago ranks 14th in the league with a 17.4 conversion rate on the power play this year (38 of 218).

--- Goaltender Matt Climie tied Michael Garnett’s franchise record when he started his 13th straight game on Saturday; the 29-year-old netminder, who has registered a 16-16-3 mark, 2.36 goals-against average, and .922 save percentage in 36 tilts this year, was given the day off on Sunday, thus ending his streak.

--- The Wolves have held the lead entering the third period 31 times this season, the most in the AHL; conversely, Chicago has ended up on the losing decision six times, which is tied for the second-most in the league (25-4-0-2).

--- The Chicago Wolves host their fourth Wine Tasting fundraiser at Harry Caray’s Restaurant, 10233 West Higgins Rd, in Rosemont, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20.
