WEST POINT

Chicago holds fourth in the West Division with 59 points through 57 games (28-26-2-1), and sits just three points behind second-place Rockford; the Wolves will square off against West Division foes in 19 of their remaining 23 tilts.

WOLVES HEADLINES

--- Jeff Hamilton: Leads the team and shares 11th in the AHL with 34 assists, shares first in the AHL with 29 power-play points and paces the team and shares 14th in the league with 49 points in 44 games ... Shares second on the squad with 15 goals and holds second with nine power-play tallies ... Notched five points (3G, 2A) in four games last week and has tallied at least one point in 30 of his 44 outings this season

--- Spencer Machacek: Ranks first among team rookies and shares second on the Wolves with 15 markers in 54 contests this year ... Paces Chicago rookies and ranks third on the club with 31 points and shares third on the squad with a +12 plus/minus rating ... Posted nine points (4G, 5A) during a current season-high six-game point streak

--- Brett Skinner: Tallied 17 points (G, 16A) in 16 games with the Wolves since being acquired in a trade on Jan. 13 ... Ranks first among team blueliners and fourth on the Wolves with 29 points, which includes 12 points (G, 11A) in 24 contests with the AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers ... Ranks second on the club and shares sixth among league blueliners with 27 assists

--- Joe Motzko: Ranks first on the team and shares fourth in the AHL with 24 goals in 50 games this season ... Paces the Wolves with 10 power-play markers and holds second on the team with 45 points ... Dished out two assists in three games since being reassigned by Atlanta on Feb. 12

WOLF TRACKS

--- Twenty-one of the Wolves 28 victories this season have come when the club is leading after the second period; Chicago has posted a 21-2-1-0 mark when holding the advantage entering the final frame.

--- Friday marked the Wolves' sixth shootout win this season, tied for most in the AHL; the squad has racked up a .864 winning percentage after regulation, which ranks fifth in the AHL.

--- The Wolves have outgunned the opposition in four of the last six games, after being outshot in five of the previous six outings; Chicago has posted a 17-10-2-1 mark when outshooting its foes this season.

--- Beginning Wednesday, Chicago will play four games in five nights for the third consecutive week, with three of the games to be played at Allstate Arena; the Wolves have amassed a 15-10-0-1 record at home this season, and are outscoring opponents 86-71 along the way.

--- Chicago has bagged five power-play markers in the last five games (five of 27); the Wolves rank 25th in the league with a 14.9 efficiency rating on the man-advantage (47 of 316).

--- Twenty-seven different players have lit the lamp for Chicago this season, which includes 21 of the 26 on the current roster, excluding goaltenders.

PUCKER UP

--- The Wolves wives will be selling autographed Valentine's Day pucks during home games on Wed., Feb. 18; Fri., Feb. 20 and Sun., Feb. 22. The specially wrapped pucks, which contain candy and the autograph of a surprise Wolves player, can be purchased for $10 in the East, North and South concourses of the Allstate Arena. Fans who buy a puck that has a player's name signed in gold will have the chance to meet that player after the game.

--- Goaltender Robert Gherson stopped 20 of 21 shots, which includes holding the Rivermen scoreless for the first 59:21

--- Chicago earned a 3-2 shootout win over the Milwaukee Admirals at the Bradley Center Friday night

--- Goaltender Ondrej Pavelec stopped 25 of 27 shots in regulation and overtime, and thwarted three of five tries in the shootout
